Pets
Pets are welcome. Please share details in advance and secure any animal that could interfere with safe, uninterrupted service.
Heavy buildup
Homes with significant buildup may require a Clean Slate Reset or additional time before recurring service can begin. This is discussed before booking.
Biohazard limitations
Clean Slate by Hannah does not handle biohazardous conditions, including bodily fluids, mold remediation, pest infestations, or hoarding conditions.
Decluttering limitations
Surfaces need to be reachable to be cleaned properly. Light tidying is part of the work; large-scale decluttering and organizing are handled as separate add-ons when available.
Service-area boundaries
Clean Slate by Hannah serves Northwest Austin and surrounding areas, including Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Leander, Georgetown, and Lakeline / Anderson Mill. Availability is confirmed after your request is reviewed.
Scope changes
Quotes are based on the details and current condition shown in your answers, photos, or video. If the home's actual condition or requested scope is materially different, Hannah will confirm any price or timing adjustment before additional work begins.
