She works precisely and thoroughly, and she takes personal accountability for every home on her roster. If something isn’t right, there’s no dispatcher to call and no crew to blame. There’s just Hannah, and the standard she keeps.
She would rather care for fewer homes properly than more homes quickly. That preference is the entire business model.
